Melanie and Mike Wheeler established Betech in 2011.
Although her intention was not initially to work at Betech, Mel joined the team 3 months after the business began due to the unexpected workload.
She looks after all the office duties within the business, and if she is not busy organising invoices you will find her watching Top Gear during work time.
Outside of work she enjoys time with family and friends. She is also bit of a petrol head and enjoys driving her V8.
